ORAU VPPhD Program
Having been VPP Safety certified for over 10 years, the senior company managers wanted a fresh idea to reenergize and engage employees in the company culture of ‘safety first’. A clever VPP “PhD” program was design to award ‘degrees’ with cash incentives for individuals earning points for demonstrated accomplishments. To spice up the training, our graphic designers used cutouts of a cartoon mascot, animated his movements, and embedded him over a live action video.
Using the mascot in the series of informative training videos offers a break from text-heavy, dense content.
