Radiation experiments game

This example of a relevant project was produced for the University of Plymouth. The game was designed as a teaching aid to complement the parallel field- and laboratory experiments included in the geography and geochemistry courses.

The two modules of this e-learning game, created in 2007, were designed to allow students to conduct realistically simulated laboratory experiments without the time constraints of organized lab sessions, and to analyze actual environmental sample HPGe gamma spectrometry data without the necessary sample processing and reading time. While the modules were designed to be provided in parallel to a traditional taught course, they were designed to function as a stand-alone e-learning resource.
